I need to add a new additional company but it does not accept the same user ID/email. How can I buy another company and keep the same user
QuickBooks Online lets you set up multiple companies under one email address so you can switch between them whenever you need. I'd be happy to help you add a new company to your QuickBooks Account.
In order to set up a new account you first need to go to our plans and pricing page. From there you'll need to select the version you wish to use. If you already have a Self Employed account and looking to set up another Self Employed one you'll need to use a different email. Once you select a version it'll bring you to a create an account page but instead of filling this out you just need to click the sign in option to the left of the Already have an Intuit account? Sign in. From there just log into your QuickBooks account with your email and password and that's it.
