Welcome to Community! It's great to hear that you're looking to upgrade your QuickBooks Online account, so you can begin taking advantage of the valuable features offered. I would be glad to assist!
Before upgrading your account, I recommend following this link, to review our plans and their features. It's also important to note, if you're currently receiving a product discount, it's recommended to wait until the discount ends. By not doing so you will lose the current offer, as it will not transfer over. When you're ready, you can upgrade your subscription, within your current product. Here's how;
1. Log into QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin
2. Go to your Settings ⚙ and choose Account and settings
3. Open the Billing & subscription tab
4. Make sure your payment info is up to date
5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan
6. Select Choose plan
7. Follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade your edition
