My subscription was cancelled without notice, how to restore it?

Hi wing-michelleann,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program with the features you need to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks with confidence.  It's important that you're able to access your account and get back to business as soon as possible.  I'd be happy to help!

 

One of the many valuable features in QuickBooks Online, is the ability to reactivate or resubscribe.  When your account falls inactive, you will have one year to access your data and update your billing information to reactivate the account.  Here's how;

 

1. Go to qbo.ca and sign into your account 

2. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings, then Billing and subscriptions

3. Click on Resubscribe, then enter your updated billing information

4. Hit Resubscribe.
