Purchasing QB Desktop 2022 Subscription

I have been trying to subscribe without success. When I clicked on "Buy Now", I was asked to open a user account, which I did. But afterwards, the system cleared my shopping cart, and every time I go back to try to make the purchase, it fails and asks me to log in, but there is no way I can see that I can sign in for that purpose. Any solution?

The error you're getting when may happen due to the stocked cache on the browser you're using when trying to subscribe to the QuickBooks. To isolate the issue, you can try purchasing QuickBooks through a private window. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

From there, open this link, then click on the Subscribe now or Buy now button.

 

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.

 

Once done, you're now ready to download and install the application. I'm adding these links as your guide:
