Welcome to Community!  The product and activation codes are a key part in working with QuickBooks Desktop.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

 

For security purposes, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will be able to work with you directly, verify your information and provided the codes to activate your product.
