Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, ductors-hotmail.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. I'd be happy to help!

QuickBooks Online uses the two-step verification process to ensure your business information is protected. However, you do have the option to turn it off by following these simple steps:

             1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
             2. Select your profile icon next to the "Gear" icon.
             3. Select "Manage your Intuit Account". This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
             4. Select the "Sign in & security" menu.

             5. Locate the Two-step verification section and select "Turn Off".
             6. When you're done, select "Save".

Here is a detailed guide for reference.
