Trying to redo my migration

Hi liw,

 

Welcome to the QuickBooks Online family! We designed the migration process to provide a seamless transfer of your data between accounting platforms, making it easy to have all the data you need in QuickBooks. Depending on the specific software you're migrating from, the options to restart will vary. I'll be happy to help you get this going. 

 

Please note that due to the growing impact of COVID-19, many of our migration services are on hold or experiencing longer delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our teams adjust to the situation. 

 

If your QuickBooks Online account is less than 90 days old, and you're transferring a QuickBooks Desktop file you still have access to, you can easily migrate the data in a matter of minutes. Check out this great article to learn how: Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online

 

For transfers from a third-party software, please complete our online conversion form to submit a ticket with our Data Services team. Here's a handy guide filled with useful information: Import from QuickBooks Desktop and other software to QuickBooks Online 

 

To protect your data from being inadvertently deleted, migrations are restricted to young company files. If you've been subscribed for more than 90 days, please reach out to an agent using one of the options below. They'll be happy to discuss the options available in greater detail.
