The Training portal in QuickBooks Online Accountant is an awesome place to go to improve your skills in QuickBooks Online. Getting trained in the different areas in QBO will help you and your clients with a variety of bookkeeping tasks within the program. I'd be glad to explain what may be happening to cause a blank page.
If you're getting a blank page when clicking on the Training page, you're likely experiencing a browser-related issue. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser to remove any stored Internet files that may be causing problems. These files can build up over time and cause bugs in the program. If the issue persists, try using an incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in private. You can also try using an alternative browser all together.
