When I paid my subscription for QBSE, I thought there was a message saying the receipt would be included in my transactions, for tax purposes, however I cannot find it in the program.

Good morning rjallan2020,

Intuit is pretty awesome at sending an email with your subscription details once a payment was taken to the email they would have on file for you. I'm wondering if you were able to receive this email at all?

In the meantime a great place to see if you can review your billing information is through your billing info profile. I have posted a link down below for some step by step guidance on how to get there:

Worst case scenario if you are unable to find them through your emails or this area, QuickBooks Self Employed support would probably be able to email you a copy of your subscription invoice. You will notice an Assistant with speech bubbles in your top right hand corner and we can use this to get fast answers or to chat with support during regular business hours.

They are open 8am - 9pm ET Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm ET Saturday.

Hi there @rjallan2020! It looks like @Lourdes-Fernandez has done a great job guiding you on this, so the only thing I'd like to add is how to speak to an agent through the Assistant

 

  1. Navigate to the Assistant in the upper right.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human" into the chat field.

 

Once you do that, you'll be prompted with the option to connect with a live agent for support. Without typing and entering the prompt above you'll be given links to other helpful resources.
