Hi there,
Your business logo is an important asset for your brand image. It's so important that you have the ability to update and change your logo as needed, so that your QuickBooks account stays up-to-date. I'd be happy to shed some light on why the "Save" button may appear unresponsive.
The first thing to note is that logos must be square photo files. The system won't allow you to upload a rectangular image. The logo should also be in an acceptable file format, such as a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file. There's a few other specifications to keep in mind when trying to upload your logo. Take a look at this article for more details: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.
If all of the proper specifications are met, perhaps this is related to your browser. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up over time and cause issues with QuickBooks Online and other websites. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window with Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the main browser. Here's more information about what it is and how to use it: Browse in private. Additionally, you can try another browser all together.
If you're still unable to add your new logo, please reach out to our tech support team so we can investigate this further.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day!
