Can't connect Tangerine bank account as of last week. Any suggestions?

Can't connect Tangerine bank.

Online Banking in QuickBooks Self-Employed stops downloading transactions if the connection to your bank's website is disrupted, vig-ca.

 

Common reasons for these interruptions include an unstable internet connection, maintenance on your bank’s website, or bank error's in QuickBooks Self-Employed. To prevent disruptions, ensure you have a stable internet connection and check your bank’s website for any scheduled maintenance..

 

If the connection is interrupted, you can reestablish it within QuickBooks Self-Employed by following these steps:

 

  1. From the Home page, click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Manage accounts under the TRANSACTIONS section.
  3. Click the Refresh all button.

 

As an alternative, you can import your bank transactions manually if you're still experiencing connection issues between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
