How can I change the initial date from where Quickbooks find transactions in the bank? Cannot find anything before april 2024

The initial date from where QuickBooks Online receive the transactions from your online banking will depend with your bank, Balloonlovers. However, you can manually upload the bank transactions earlier than April 2024 ensuring you have access to all the data that you need. I'll provide the steps on how you can do it.

To manually upload them, here's how:

1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
2. On a Link account dropdown, choose Upload from a file.
3. You can Drag and drop or select files to upload your bank statement.
4. Click Continue.

5. Choose a bank account for the transaction you manually upload, then Continue.

6. Provide the format and the fields of your file. Click Continue.

7. Please follow the steps and instructions provided to upload the older transactions.
