How do I remove the uncategorised expenses that are actually my bank deposits?

Hello, 

 

Categorizing your transactions is made simple with QuickBooks Online. If you're using the Bank Feed, your bank transactions will need to be categorized in order to ensure they're going to the correct places. QuickBooks Online analyzes all the information received from the bank for each downloaded transaction to give you the best possible suggestions for accepting the transaction.

 

It's possible you may want to categorize these transactions, rather than remove them. If so, take a look at this article: Assign, categorize, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions. As explained in this article, you'll want to verify that the "Category" field is accurate, or select a more specific category for entries listed as Uncategorized Income, or Uncategorized Expense. You can create additional categories (in the Chart of Accounts) as needed. 

 

If you're simply trying to remove these transactions all together, check off the boxes next to these transactions in the Bank Feed. Then, click the Batch actions drop-down menu, and click Exclude selected
