If the error and your bank’s name aren’t mentioned on the Bank Feed Status page, we can return to QuickBooks Online to review your bank credentials and update them if needed. This will refresh the connection with your bank.
- From your Bank transactions page, click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the connected credit card account.
- Select Edit sign-in info and enter your updated credentials.
- Click Save and connect.
Once updated, click the Update button to refresh the page. Your credit card transactions should now download.
