If I choose the wrong "account" in QB to link with my bank account x 2 (chqing can & chqing usd) how can i fix that?

So I believe both accounts are not correctly linked to my 2 bank accounts.

Thanks for turning to the Community for support! I'd be happy to help get you back on track.

 

Connecting the right bank accounts is an essential step in making sure your books remain accurate. First, you'll want to unlink your bank accounts. Let me show you how!

 

1. Open "Banking" or "Transactions" from the left menu

2. Click on the tile for the account you'd like to remove

3. Select the "Edit" icon and then "Edit account info"

4. Choose "Disconnect this account on save"

5. Hit "Save and close"

 

You will now be able to link the correct accounts. The best way to make sure you've got the correct bank connected to your account would be to head to your bank/credit card website, and copy the URL. Next, sign into your QuickBooks Online account, then head to the "Banking" tab, click on "Link account" and paste your banks URL in the search bar. If your bank is on the list of accepted banks it will pop up. If not, you can chose to request that your bank be added to the list by following the steps on the screen. I hope this helps!
