Welcome to Community! Reconciling your accounts in QuickBooks Online ensures your books are accurate and aligned. When you're not able to start the reconciliation process, it may indicate the account was previously reconciled for this statement period. I would be glad to help!
You can review previous reconciliations by running a reconciliation report. Here's how;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Reconcile
2. Select the Account from the ▼ dropdown
3. Open History by account, located in the top right
3. Use the ▼ dropdown menus to select the Account and Report period
If you still don't see the option to Start your reconciliation, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. I also recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
Follow this link to review the reconciliation process, to ensure all steps have been taken, in preparing for reconciling your account. If you're still not able to reconcile your account, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community. With your consent, they can work with you virtually, and ensure you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible!
