Hello there, Valerie.
Could you let us know if you're seeing any error messages? If so, please share the details with us so we can assist you effectively in resolving your concern.
Bank not syncing in QuickBooks Online (QBO) may happen if your bank is experiencing maintenance, system updates, or temporary connection issues that disrupt syncing with QBO. I recommend checking your bank's website for updates, and disconnecting and reconnecting your bank or manually refreshing or updating the account in QBO can often resolve the problem.
To update your bank, here's how:
If the issue still persists, it may require contacting our QuickBooks Contact Support team or your bank for further assistance.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use csv2qbo converter tool for the time being. It's a $60 one time license.

Thanks for the reply, I received no error message since the 15th of October. I manually try and update and nothing comes in. I have tried several browsers, incognito as well, and I tried from my phone. Nothing. I did re sign in to the bank account and that didn’t help either. I did speak with qb support and he suggested that I try and disconnect the account and relink it. I have not done that yet, I was hoping it would sort itself out. What is this program that you recommend going to do? Thanks
