QBO are unable to fetch credit card statement

Hi,

 

I am trying to reconcile the credit card account for month-end and realized QBO cannot fetch the credit card statement. My client is with CIBC and I can get Chequing account statements but not for credit card. Any advice?

QBO are unable to fetch credit card statement

Is it Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce? Explore the trial version of SlickConnect as a workaround.
