However, there may be times when the payment is delayed, or held, due to underlying circumstances. To ensure you receive the funds as soon as possible, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. This will enable them to work with you directly and verify your account in a private setting, so the funds can be released without delay!
