Mobile app will not update banking transactions

My android app will not update transactions, until I log in using PC. Then the app immediately updates.

Mobile app will not update banking transactions

The mobile app is a great tool for on-the-go business owners. Having the option of accessing your accounts from anywhere with an Internet connection is one of the main benefits of a cloud-based program. The bank feed is central to your bookkeeping, and it's important that the bank feed is updating and working as intended. I'll help shed some light on this for you. 


There aren't any reports of issues pertaining to the mobile app for Android at the moment. If you're noticing that the bank feed is updating as per usual in the browser, it's not likely coming from the bank's side either. In this case, it might be a matter of clearing the app's cache or reinstalling it. 


To clear the app's cache, you'll have to navigate to your phone's security settings. If you're not sure how to clear the app cache on your phone, please reach out to your mobile provider to get this information. 

If that doesn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start. It's important that you have all updates installed properly.
