I'm using this feature as well, and it's great! When WagePoint withdraws the funds from your account, they do it for the employees' payroll as well as the taxes to be remitted, and then perform the filing for you. If you go to the CRA website and login to look at your history of payroll remittances you'll see the funds have been reported and deposited there for you. Not only do you not have to perform the paper work, but you're also reducing your bank fees by reducing the number of transactions. It's pretty sweet.
