Welcome to the Community. Being able to run payroll is essential to ensure that your employees are paid. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your remittances. I'd be be glad to help.
Your payroll would need to be submitted before 5pm PT at least 2 banking days before the pay date for direct deposit. I encourage you to review this article regarding the direct deposit processing timeline.

- Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
