With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you have the option to chose between various pay types, or you can create a pay type that best fits your business needs.. Let me show you how:
- Head to the "Payroll" tab and click on "Employees"
- Scroll down until you see, "Employee details" then click "Edit"
- Click the pencil icon for the "Pay schedule" section
- Using the dropdown arrow under "Pay frequency" choose "Twice a month"
- Toggle on the "Custom schedule" under "Twice a month"
- Enter the desired dates the Save.
