How do I resend a wagepoint invite to an employee? I have one employee who can't view their pay stubs and is asking me to resend the invite but I cannot figure out how?

I can walk you through the steps to resend the Wagepoint invite to your employees.

You can do this on the same screen you first sent the invitation. Perform the steps below:

1. On your QuickBooks Online account go to the Employees menu.
2. Click on the employee’s name, then select the pencil icon next to Pay.
3. Go to the Personal info section, then select Resend.
4. Hit Done. An invitation will be emailed to your employee after this.

Once they accept the invite, you’ll see a message "Good news! Your employee is ready to view their pay stubs online" in the Personal info section.
