I am entering YTD information for my new payroll function - I want to know where to post the vacation pay accrual

Welcome to the Community. I'm happy to learn you're using QuickBooks to help tackle your accounting goals. Rest assured, I'll provide the info you need in order to move forward with your work. 

 

If you're setting up payroll for the first time I encourage you to check out the following article that shows you how to: Add pay history to QuickBooks Online Payroll. You can also make necessary adjustments using a Pay Edits template. You'd have to get in touch with our support team for additional assistance with this. Here's how: 

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
  • Social MediaFacebookX, and Instagram.
