My "overview" on my main screen has disappeared - any way to get it back?

It's important to keep all your ducks in a row. If you're noticing an unexpected feature missing from your account, it's possible that it's having trouble loading. I'll help you sort this out so you can make the most out of your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These are the stored Internet files that can build up over time and cause bugs in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to do it: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

If you're still experiencing a missing feature, try using a different browser all together, or use incognito mode. Here's an article explaining what that is and how to activate it: Incognito Mode.
