Running payroll with QuickBooks Online is so important for the efficiency of your business. Keeping all of your bookkeeping tasks in one place means that you'll save so much time. If you're noticing that you're unable to access the Payroll module for some reason, I'd be happy to provide a few troubleshooting steps you can try in order to resolve that.
In order to find your payroll module, click the Employees tab on the left navigation menu. This is where you'll go to process payroll. If you're missing information on the Employees page, there may be a bug in your browser causing latency or loading issues.
Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser to remove any stored Internet files. These stored files can cause bugs in QBO and other sites. Here's how to clear them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies.
