Payroll remittance does not match with box 82 in T4 summary

We are using QB Online. I just noticed that there is a discrepancy between the remittance we sent to CRA and the amount shown on Box 82 in T4 summary. The amount I got from payment history is correct. However box 82 has lesser amount. I found that the difference is from CPP2, both employee and employer paid amount are not included in box 82. I have contacted QB support multiple times. No one is able to tell me what goes wrong

Welcome to Community! The total amount of your QuickBooks Online Payroll remittance, should match the amount on your PD7A. I would be happy to guide you to this form, so you can review the amount.

Here's how to locate the PD7A;

1. From the left menu, open Taxes and then Payroll tax

2. Click on the Payments tab

3. Scroll to the bottom and select All payments resources

4. Click on Remittance forms (monthly)
