I know it's important to make sure that you're receiving the information that applies to your version of the product and I'll help you sort this out.
It seems there may have been a mix of information that was sent out to our customers, which is something that's already been reported back to the team to ensure clarity in what's going on. As you've noted, there's a discontinuation of the Payroll service for UK customers, but there has been no word of this for Canadian products at this time.
