QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is all about offering powerful features, while simplifying the task of running your business. The best way to properly track accrual time based on your specifications is to set Accrual Hours and Vacation Pay as required for each of your employees. This setting is managed in the Payroll Info tab of an employee's profile.
