Stat holiday pay changed, why did they change it. I did not realize that I paid the employees time an a half. When they didn't work that day

I can understand how the new Stat pay changes have made a negative impact on your books. This has been an important concern that has become a priority with our Development Team. With that being said, there will be an upcoming change with this field in QuickBooks Online payroll, that will roll out in the near future. In the meantime, you will need to connect with a QuickBooks Online Payroll specialist, to make the necessary changes on your behalf, and ensure your employee calculations are accurate for the upcoming T4 slips. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: select (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > then hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
