Here's how you can reach them:
- Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Choose a payroll topic.
- Click the Start a Message tab.
Also, provide them this investigation number 31645 so they can sign you up to receive email updates as soon as they become available.
