When i try to set up new employee the message comes back that doesn't look like the right social insurance number. take a look and try again ?

Based on the error you're getting, I trust that you've double-checked the SIN number to make sure it's correct. That said, I recommend troubleshooting this issue by clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.
