I know having a uniform look among your business's forms can make a big difference when it comes to sharing these documents with others. It helps clearly define your business, and a logo especially can help with that. I can explain the options when it comes to working with templates in QuickBooks Desktop.
I'm glad to see you were already looking into the template options available in QuickBooks Desktop. The customization options can afford a lot of freedom with designing your forms. In this case, Bill Payment Stubs are not among the customizable templates in the software. In fact, the customization options that do exist are primarily attributed to sales type forms (you'll notice there's no "bill" customization option either).
What I recommend is submitting your feedback about this so that our product development team can get a sense of how having a customization option for this can make a difference, too. You can do so by heading to the Help menu in program and choosing Send Feedback Online. Many QuickBooks Desktop features that exist today started as suggestions from users, so this is a great way to share your thoughts and potentially see the feature added down the line.
