I don't know if you went ahead with this but I am just beginning the process. What I've found so far is that my bills upload into RBC PayEdge (formerly WayPay) without much problem, but was surprised to learn that it doesn't handle credits at all. ??????? What kind of a payables system doesn't account for vendor credits?
I did two small payment orders late last week and was assured that the entries back to my QBD would occur once the payments had been released. The payments have been released and deducted from my bank account but so far, the reconciling entries have not come back into QBD, despite many sync's. I've also discovered that if I paid a bill for a vendor previously, (one of the vendors that was paid last week but for which nothing has come back to QBD), subsequent invoices for that vendor are not being uploaded to PayEdge.
I have been waiting for several days for someone from PayEdge to give me some insight as to what is going on as I am not going to do a full payables run not knowing what is going to happen in QBD.
Did you go ahead with them? If so, what has your experience been like?
