I just saved a supplier and can't find it after saving

Good morning, estateview.ca.

 

Thanks for connecting with us here. I'd like to make sure you get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are a few steps to try that usually help resolve browsing data issues.

 

1. Clear your cache and cookies.

2. Switch to a different browser. (Chrome, Microsoft, etc) 

3. Try a private browser.

 

If you're still unable to search for your supplier after trying the steps provided, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community so they can work directly with you and see why this may be happening. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback.
