Trying to do up my expenses and can't access my payees. Won't let me into them

Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps as this can help resolve browsing data issues. 

 

  1. If you’re using the app, try resetting the data by selecting "Menu" ☰ and tap Help & Feedback. Tap Refresh Data.
  2. Try the browser if the app still doesn’t work.
  3. Another option is a different browser, incognito or clearing cache in the browser to avoid any hold ups.
  4. Restart your device or try a different computer or device as a last resort.
