App is not working properly customer names have disappeared and app is no longer tracking milage

Hi colmo1984cos-gma,

 

Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to stay on top of your bookkeeping tasks from anywhere at any time.  It's important that you're able to access your data without further delay.  I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing the app.  In addition, uninstall and then reinstall it to ensure it's up to date, then log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.  If you experience the same unexpected behavior, please contact us.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
