Hi sparklean5618-gm,
Congrats on your first post in the Community! QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you bring your finances into perspective. I can see the importance of being able to recover deleted data on your mobile phone and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
It's important to note that there isn't a direct way to recover deleted data in QuickBooks. The good news is you can restore your data using the Audit log. This tool provides you with a list of changes/transactions that were made on your account. Using that information, you can re-create any deleted data manually in QuickBooks. Here's how to use the Audit log:
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- If you've recently created these transactions, locate them on the Audit log screen, click on the blue link to open the transaction in question and retrieve the required info.
- Select Apply.
Let me know if this info is helpful. I'll be a message away in case you need anything else.
