I just re-subscribed to the QuickBooks online platform. I subscribed through Google. I logged into the app as it instructs and I cannot do anything?

Account page says account error but google says subscription active

It's important you're able to log into your account with ease. I recommend troubleshooting this by uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. This is a good way to troubleshoot bugs that affect the app. By reinstalling it, this also ensures you're on the latest version of the mobile app. You can visit these links to reinstall the QBO mobile app:
