After investigating, I am able to see the payees in my test account. In this case, there may be a few reasons as to why your unable to see the list on your app. I suggest trying these steps to see if they help:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Refresh the data in the Apple or Play store
- Restart your Phone or Tablet
- You can also try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.
- Try on the QuickBooks Online website.
