I'm glad to have you with us! QuickBooks Online's Advanced Payroll service is a fantastic choice for running your payroll and automatically filing your payroll taxes to the government. I can explain what's going on.
You're not missing anything. The reason you're not able to import your TSheets hours to Advanced Payroll is because the two are not compatible. Advanced Payroll is an app that's connected with QuickBooks Online, and layering two apps, which is what would essentially happen with adding TSheets to the mix, isn't possible at this time. Making sure your employees have the correct hours entered is a matter of inputting the details yourself.
