QuickBooks Online (QBO) downloads up to 90 days of transactions when an account is connected. The exact range may vary depending on your financial institution, Business.
If you are seeing only three entries in the For Review tab, this might be due to a recent connection, meaning QuickBooks has pulled only the most recent transactions. However, if this is not your first time connecting the account, transactions from January onwards may have already been in the Categorised tab.
To confirm, we can review your Account History for the specific bank account you are reconciling. Here’s how:
- Go to the Transactions menu and select Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Search for and click the account you are trying to reconcile, then select Account History to view entries.
- From there, locate the transactions from January onwards.
If no transactions appear, you will need to manually upload them using a CSV file to begin your reconciliation.
