It's important you're able to update your subscription so you can enjoy the benefits of QB Online. I'd be happy to assist you with making sure you're able to connect your card.
Since QB Online is carefully designed to meet your business need, navigating the program has never been easier. Based on what you've described, I'd recommend checking to make sure the billing address address is correct, here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Click the Address section on the Company tab to edit it.
- Add or edit the Company address details (You'll note that the section even has the following message: "Address where your company is based. This address is used to calculate applicable taxes for your QBO subscriptions and is your default company address.")
- Click Save.
The error message you've described is usually related to an incorrect address on the account. If your address is correct and you're still having issues with using the same card I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps by fixing most issues the site may be having.
