I appreciate you reaching out to the Community There's currently a known issue with connecting your RBC bank account to QuickBooks. Rest assured, our engineers are working diligently to get you back on track ASAP.
In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your transactions so you don't get behind on your work. You can import your transactions using .CSV files and here's a great article which shows you how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
