Can you revert back to how QB was before the update? It has changed the layout completely, making it very difficult to navigate

While the update was intended to simplify common tasks, such as creating invoices, we recognize that these kinds of changes can be challenging and require time to learn, @info-customclean.

For now, yes, you can temporarily revert to the old QuickBooks layout. Here's how:

1. Head to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
2. Click the Switch option.

I tried this however it’s not even showing a switch option. Maybe mobile app doesn’t allow you to? 

The interface of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app remains the same, info.

Please know that only the browser version has received an updated and improved user experience.
