Hello there, @notclydesboutique. Please note that scanned receipts will show on the Receipts page after they are successfully posted.
However, in your case, I recommend clearing the app’s data to refresh its system and remove any outdated files, causing the receipts not to be saved.
For Android:
- Open Settings and go to Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Locate QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Tick Storage or Storage & Cache, then choose Clear Data (or Clear Storage).
- Confirm the action when prompted.
For iOS:
- Open Settings and go to General.
- Select iPhone Storage and find the QBO app.
- Tap the Offload App to free up space without losing your data.
Once done, try snapping and saving your receipts again. If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you're using the latest version.
Alternatively, you can take a photo of the receipt and upload it manually through the web.
