How do I have QB automatically open a file on bootup

Hello,

 

I have a program that requires QB to open a file automatically before it can process the data.   Is there a way to have QB automatically open a file (that has a qb password) when a computer boots?

Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community. QuickBooks Desktop is a solid platform that lets you manage your business finances efficiently. At the moment, the option to have QuickBooks Desktop open a file automatically when a computer boots is not an integrated feature of the system.

How do I have QB automatically open a file on bootup

Thanks - is there a way to set a make a shortcut with a parameter for a file to open with a password e.g. qbfile.qbw  /password:mydogsname
