As @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggested, opening a private browsing window may just do the trick. I have a list of other browser and internet troubleshooting steps that you can take that'll hopefully eliminate the issue you're experiencing so you can save your company address during set-up. Sometimes problems occur as a result of the images and files stored in your browser's cache. Give the steps below a try and attempt to add your company address again.
If this doesn't quite do the trick, there may be a deeper issue that's preventing you from proceeding with the set-up process. Feel free to expand on what's happening, but leave out any sensitive account details as this is a public forum. It may be beneficial for you to speak to one of our agents in real-time, such as on the phone or over social media, so you can share some screenshots and account details.
