You can review the CSV file to ensure it is aligned to the correct format, jmpianoservices97. Allow me to help you review the file and ensure a successful upload.

The error you've encountered suggests that the file mapping does not align with the required format for QuickBooks. The CSV file format can be organized in a 3-column format with the Date, Description, and Amount columns. Please see the image below:

Or a 4-column format which includes Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns.

If you still notice the same error after checking the format, please make the following adjustments to your file:

  1. Remove any zeros (0) from the file and leave those cells empty.
  2. Ensure that numbers do not appear in the Description column.
  3. Consistently format all dates as dd/mm/yyyy.
  4. If you are using a Mac, remember to save the file as a Windows CSV file.
  5. Some banks add the day of the week to the Date column (e.g., 20/11/2018 TUE). Please remove the day by splitting it into separate columns.
